Why choose finance and accounting
Why should you study at CFA?
What should you know about Hungary?

Why should you study at CFA?

• The CFA provides you highly competitive knowledge and the degrees of CFA can ensure your success in your carreer.
• The CFA is located a few miles from the centre of the Budapest and is easily accessible by public transportation in a matter of minutes.
• The campus is located in a leafy area on the Pest side of the capital. The relatively new buildings house large, well equipped lecture theatres, a gymnasium, a students’ hostel, a computer centre, a library with about 50 thousand books (some of them in English), language laboratories, a sufficient number of seminar rooms and, of course the offices of the various academic departments.
• There is also a cafeteria and a pub where students and staff can have lunch or snacks from a wide choice of cooked or cold meals at reasonable prices.

Budapest is a nice city to study and live in

• As the capital of Hungary it is a very nice place to live with very friendly and hospitable people
• It is a beautiful city. Budapest is spread out on the two sides of the river Danube spanned by several bridges connecting the two parts of the city; the hilly and leafy Buda side is largely a residential area, while the business and government centre is on the Pest side
• It is also a centre of learning, with a large number of universities and colleges, libraries and other centres of learning
• There are a large number of restaurants and other eateries and pubs. A large number of them offer their services at reasonable prices. The cuisine is both Hungarian and international, with many specialising in Italian, Chinese, and Japanese food
• The city attracts music lovers, too: the opera house gives performances every day during the season, and there are always concerts of both classical and pop music in one of the city’s concert halls or clubs
• If you want to remain fit you can find a number of sports facilities, clubs and gyms;  and Budapest, like many other locations of the country, is also famous for its medicinal baths and swimming pools
• Living expenses (including housing) are quite affordable  you can choose rooms or homes to rent from a wide range depending on your preferences
• The city is also well-known for its good and relatively cheap public transport
• You can easily reach Budapest from any part of the world
• Situated in Central Europe, Budapest is a good starting point to all parts of Europe  it is about 200 km from the capital city of Austria, Vienna, and a mere 100 from the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava
